Verizon More Everything Plan Launched
Verizon intends to gain additional subscribers with the introduction of their More Everything plan. In fact, this new plan will see customers gain more bang for their buck, as $40 for 500MB will now net you 1GB of data, while those who fork out $50 for 1GB will be able to enjoy double the amount of data – that is, 2GB, with folks who pay $60 to see a bump up to 3GB from 2GB of data.
Apart from that, those who pay for their smartphones under the Edge early-upgrade plan will also be on the the receiving end of discounts on the More Everything plan. Verizon claims that customers who signed up for plans which will include data of up to 8GB will get $10 off for each line, while having signed up for 10GB of data or more will be on the receiving end of a $20 discount for each individual line. Ellipsis 10 Tablet From Verizon Announced
It looks like the folks over at Verizon have stepped up to the plate by offering a brand new tablet for the masses which will follow up from their 2013 offering, which was the 7” Ellipsis. This time around, the tablet on offering would be known as the Ellipsis 10, and based on the name alone, it is rather obvious that this is a 10” device.
It will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop however, so forget about Marshmallow at the moment. It will also be accompanied by the likes of 1,920 x 1,200 resolution, where it sports a 5MP camera at the back, with a 2MP front-facing shooter, a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, “angular firing stereo speakers”, 16GB of internal memory, 4G LTE connectivity and a beefy 9,100 mAh battery. It will retail for $199.99 a pop with a new two-year contract, or you can pick it up or $299.99 all-in. [Press Release]

Verizon’s LG G3 Gets Android 5.0 Lollipop Update
So, you happen to be a Verizon Wireless subscriber, and own an LG G3 flagship device. If that is the case, then chances are you would have noticed that your device is more or less the last to pick up the Android 5.0 Lollipop update, at least among the other carriers that also offer the handset. Being the biggest doesn’t mean that one is the fastest, but then again, there is always the other adage of “better late than never”, right?
We are pleased to inform Verizon LG G3 owners that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update is now available for download, although it might take some time for the rollout to be completed across the entire spectrum of their customers, as with any other update rollout, regardless of the mobile carrier.
