Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos is a dual-SIM touchscreen phone
Mobile phone shoppers in the market for a dual-SIM capable handset will be pleased to know that Samsung has launched a new dual-SIM phone dubbed the Champ Deluxe Duos. Unfortunately it will not be an Android based smartphone, but if you wanted a touch screen handset capable of support two SIMs at once, the Champ Deluxe Duos might be a phone worth checking out.
The device sports a 2.8” display with a 1.3MP rear-facing camera, a micro USB port, a microSD card slot that will support up to an additional 32GB of internal storage along with the support for popular social media services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo!, MSN,GTalk and will even come loaded with Samsung’s own messenger service, ChatOn. At the moment the device appears to be available only in India, and no word if the South Korea company has plans to start selling the Champ Deluxe Duos internationally.
So, there is a new Samsung smartphone that is about to be released – big surprise, that, and I say this with full a sarcasm. Still, those who want something that looks to hang out on the high end side of things in terms of design and form factor, and yet having a mid-range performer within, can always settle for the Samsung Galaxy A9.
The handset has already appeared on the FCC database, which means it has been approved, and listed as the Samsung Galaxy A9. With the green light given, it is but a matter of time before it hits the market. If you would like to fancy your chances with an upcoming mid-range device that seems to hover more on the higher end scheme of things, then the Samsung Galaxy A9 would certainly fit you to a ‘t’, so to speak. After all, accessory manufacturer ITSKINS has shared more details concerning this device, with the Galaxy A9 touted to be a wee bit more compact as opposed to the Galaxy S7 Plus, never mind that both handsets will come with 6.0″ screens.
Measurements of the Galaxy A9 include 161.9mm x 81.3mm x 7.34mm, where it would be slightly taller than the Galaxy Note5, while sporting a metal and glass design, a fingerprint reader that should be able to handle mobile payments, a Full HD Super AMOLED display, and a Snapdragon 620 chipset, among others.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 will no doubt be a smartphone that many people would look forward to picking up when it is ready, taking into consideration how flagship devices are always in demand. Well, the Galaxy S7 has been said to target an early 2016 release, and some photos of the alleged device has already been snapped, although one should take into consideration that the original Weibo post is no longer there.
Of course, do take this particular leak with a pinch of salt, since it could be one of the numerous smartphones from various manufacturers that could roll out a similar looking handset. In the leaked photos, you can see a wrap-around metal border design, which seems to be the in thing at least for the next couple of years. All that we can do now is to sit tight and wait for the real deal to surface.
