I suppose leaks are part and parcel of the modern day manufacturer, as it can be pretty difficult trying to prevent someone from snapping a photo of a yet unreleased product and sharing it with the rest of the world. However, leaking information online from documents that are not quite ready for public consumption is another matter, and while this has happened intentionally before, I am quite sure there are other instances which are genuine mistakes. After all, to err is human, to forgive, divine. It seems that Samsung’s French website has accidentally leaked out a pre-order page of the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ by having it go live, revealing the launch date for the smartphone in that part of the world along the way.
It has been said that the upcoming Unpacked event that will happen on the 13th of August will see Samsung lift the veil off from the Galaxy S6 Edge+ as well as the Galaxy Note 5, and there are already many leaks concerning both devices to date.
The pre-order page which was leaked has obviously been removed by the folks over at Samsung France, but this does not mean that there is no damage. In fact, we do know now that the flagship device will be available for pre-order between August 21st and September 3rd, where it should be accompanied by other bundled offers, too.
