Apple Watch Pre-Orders No Longer Happening In June For Some

Published

on

It looks like you might have to postpone your excitement at the impending arrival of the Apple Watch on your wrists due to the dreaded words, “supply constraints”. Apparently, shipping times for the Apple Watch has been delayed, getting pushed back all the way to June instead of the April 24 date that many have looked forward to.

Of course, this particular delay in shipping does not apply to everyone who has placed an order for the Apple Watch, but rather, only select models from all 38 different Apple Watch models that went up for pre-order through Apple’s online stores in nine countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the U.K. and the U.S.

It is interesting to note that there are also the most expensive Edition range of Apple Watches being listed as shipping some time in June on the Apple US and Apple UK webstores. It would definitely help if Apple could provide a figure of how many models they are producing, but they’ve kept mum on the matter so far.
