A Part Of Huawei Ascend P8 Teased

Earlier this year, Huawei did roll out the Ascend P7 into the market, and it is rather surprising to hear that there is a successor in the works, where it could be unveiled some time next year on the CES showfloor. Of course, this would be a rather short time in between flagships to roll out. MyDrivers claims that the Ascend P8 is being tested internally at the moment, although it remains to be determined whether this rumor is going to turn out to be true or not.

Rumors of the Huawei Ascend P8 point to a 5.2” display that carries a standard resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, which translates to a 424ppi. The panel looks like the 2.5D type, which happen to be tapered off at the edges in the same manner as that of the iPhone 6, although the Taiwanese manufacturer behind its design remains unknown.

MyDrivers’ sources also claim that there will be a 16 nm FinFET octa-core Kirin 930 processor inside. Are you stoked to see what the Huawei Ascend P8 will come with when it finally rolls off the production lines?
