HTC Could Have Desire 820x In The Pipeline

If a company were to remain where they are all the time, it is not going to bode them well – at all. Hence, the need to constantly strive in order to improve must be there, and as Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer have proven, they are not going to just sit there and give themselves a pat on their backs with the release of the mid-range HTC Desire 820 at the IFA 2014 event in Berlin, Germany, where this particular smartphone is touted to be the first Android-powered smartphone from them to run on a 64-bit processor, otherwise known as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615.

Apparently, there are whispers going around that a spanking new HTC Desire 820x is in the pipeline now, which might also translate to the possibility of it running on far more modest hardware specifications. Chances are the Desire 820x, if true, will arrive with a minimum screen size of 5”, run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, has 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a quad-core Snapdragon 400 1.2GHz processor. Only time will be able to reveal whether this is going to be realized or not.
