Earlier this January, the folks over at AT&T did announce that they will be selling the ASUS PadFone X sometime later this year. Unfortunately for us, things have been pretty quiet since then, and AT&T has decided to tweet a reminder to the world, touting that “Asus PadFone X is a 5-inch FHD smartphone that transforms into a 9-inch FHD tablet. How would you use a larger screen?”, alongside the image that you see above.
I suppose this is yet another hint of a possible impending ASUS PadFone X release, although it remains to be seen as to just how much AT&T are going to ask for the ASUS PadFone X when it is finally released. Right now, when we checked out the PadFone X page at AT&T’s website, it just mentions that the device is “coming soon.”
