When it boils down to the crunch, most photographers would love to have manual controls made available whenever possible, as it provides an even greater sense of freedom and of course, control, on how the images would turn out eventually. I guess smartphone cameras, despite the advances that it has made all this while, still lack the wonders of full manual controls. Perhaps things might change down the road, where the Sony D6503 Sirius will arrive with a 15.5MP manual camera mode which would enable it to deliver a more “resolute” 16:9 aspect. It is nice to see smartphones arrive with a superior display, don’t you think so?
Other confirmed hardware specifications include a larger 5.2″ display that has an IPS panel, 3GB RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and of course, a 20MP camera that is capable of 4K video recording.
