Ah, the Nokia X, also known as the Nokia Normandy. This particular handset will create history when it is finally released officially simply because this would be the first smartphone from Nokia that will run on the Android operating system. Some rumors point to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, while others tout Android 4.4 KitKat as the version to arrive right out of the box. We will just have to wait for the real deal before arriving at a conclusion, but one thing is for sure – this will not compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One, since it is meant to be an affordable device.
@evleaks has leaked out an official press image (or so that is what they claim) of the Nokia X, where it does seem to be the official moniker for the handset. It remains to be seen whether the Nokia X comes with a 3MP or 5MP camera, but then again, that is another feature which we will just have to wait until something official comes along.
