South Korean securities firm KDB Daewoo Securities Research has apparently passed the rumored hardware specifications of the upcoming iPhone 6 to its customers, and the alleged hardware specifications point to two different sizes – where one would be 4.7” to 4.8” in size, while the other is a 5.5” model. As for the screen resolution on the displays, those happen to be 1080 x 1920 and 1280 x 2272, respectively. The glass itself will be made of indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) which has been made famous by Sharp, ditching the low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) that sees action on existing iPhone models at this point in time.
Apart from that, there are changes such as a brand new 64-bit A8 processor as well as an increase to 2GB RAM, which is not too much at all these days if you happen to be supporting the Android camp. In front you will find a 3.2-megapixel camera, while at the back there is an 8-megapixel shooter. Not only that, Apple will also add the much talked about 128GB iPhone model to its upcoming line-up, now how about that? [Research Paper]
