There is nothing quite like the feeling of seeing a new smartphone hit the market, but before it is able to do so, the smartphone would have to go through the likes of some certification bodies, where among them include the FCC. We are pleased then to report that the Sony Xperia A has picked up FCC approval, where it has been filed as the SO-04E from NTT DoCoMo, which is rather strange. The filing itself is said to be filled with details – making it unusual, where one is able to figure out that the Sony Xperia A will be accompanied by hardware specifications such as a 5-inch, 1080p display, a removable 2,300mAh battery, a 13-megapixel camera at the back, 16GB of internal memory and LTE connectivity.
No idea on whether there will be any upgrade made to the processor, as nothing of that sort has been confirmed yet, so a Snapdragon S4 Pro as the minimum processor model might be your best bet at the moment.
