South Korean conglomerate Samsung has unofficially underlined their intention to sell approximately 1 million units of the recently released Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 smartphone, and logical deduction is the method of choice when it comes to arriving at such a conclusion. After all, Samsung does not manufacture LCD or PLS displays of their own, which so happens to be the display choice for their collection of mid-range devices (as they use AMOLED panels in their high end models), and when we hear word from Digitimes that Samsung has placed an order of 1 million per month for Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) and Giantplus Technology to churn out LCD panels, it makes perfect sense then, to know where these panels will see action.
Will Samsung be able to move such huge amount of Galaxy Mega 5.8 devices within such a short period of time? Perhaps, or perhaps not, but time will always be the judge eventually.
