Google does seem to have a spanking new service for the masses in due time across the iOS, Android and Web platforms, where they will call it the Google Babel. At first glance, it seems that there will be no Google Voice support at launch, although it will be stringing together the likes of Google Talk, Google+ Messenger, and Hangouts. Of course, it did not take too long for the situation to change, as there are whispers going around that plans abound to offer support for Google Voice, at least eventually.
The whole idea is to ensure Google Babel achieves a widespread cross-platform compatibility, and Google is said to be working on a satisfying user experience on the iOS platform, just like how they worked on Google Maps for iOS, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for Google Voice in the months ahead.
