So, you have already made up your mind to upgrade your Samsung Galaxy S3 to the Samsung Galaxy S4? Well, good news then if you happen to be an AT&T subscriber, as this mobile carrier has decided to make available the Samsung Galaxy S4 on a pre-order basis, starting from April 16th onwards, at $249 a pop. Of course, a pre-order being a pre-order, this means that there is no certainty that the device will ship, whereas the likes of T-Mobile have seemingly jumped the gun by boldly announcing that they will be shipping the Samsung Galaxy S4 from May 1st onwards. If T-Mobile is sure about that as the sun rises from the east, then we would take our chances and warrant a guess that AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S4, too, will be released somewhere in the same time frame.
For $249, you will get the Samsung Galaxy S4 on a 2-year contract, which will be a $50 premium over the iPhone 5, BlackBerry Z10 and Galaxy S3 that it offers, although that would be $50 cheaper compared to the Galaxy Note 2.
