Now, the term “unbreakable display” certainly has its fair share of connotations, and you would not want to “test” it by driving a truck over the handset. Rather, such a “feature” would mean it is tougher than your average touchscreen handset, and whispers have it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will come with a 5.9” display at 1920 x 1280 pixels.
