We’re sure that many of you guys out there have been eagerly waiting for an untethered jailbreak solution for your iPhone 5 or other iOS 6.1 devices, and the good news is that according to a group of developers called the Evad3rs, it seems that the jailbreak will be released today. Some of you might have heard the news that the jailbreak was set for a release on Sunday, but we guess there was a slight delay so the release has been pushed back to today instead. This was retweeted by famed jailbreaker MuscleNerd, so hopefully there will be some sense of credibility associated with this jailbreak tool. According to its website, it seems that they are at 97% (at this time of posting) so we guess it shouldn’t be too long before it is released to the public. Either way feel free to bookmark their website, or check back with us as we will keep you updated on the jailbreak status. In the mean time we guess we will just have to play the waiting game.
