Good news Samsung Rugby Pro owners, despite the handset featuring specs that might not be able to measure up to some of the higher-end smartphones today, it looks like AT&T and Samsung will be making up for that with the official Android 4.1. Jelly Bean update which is said to be rolling out today. With the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update, features such as Project Butter and Google Now will be introduced to the phone which hopefully will make the smartphone experience a whole lot more enjoyable! We expect the update will be rolled out in batches so don’t worry if you haven’t received the notification yet. In the meantime for those who are too impatient to wait, the update can be manually pulled by going to your “Software update” portion of your phone, or for those with some experience with side-loading, AT&T has posted a link on its website (source link below) where you can download the update onto your computer and install it manually.
