Here is a pleasant surprise for all of you Sony Xperia T owners out there – it seems that Sony Mobile has managed to deliver a firmware update to their flagship Android-powered device, by delivering the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update approximately two months before it was meant to be released. You could say that this is a nice Christmas present for all Xperia T owners owners out there, where it has already arrived on the international version of the smartphone known as the LT30p, in addition to the AT&T version of the Xperia T, known as the Xperia TL (aka LT30at).
It is said that Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean will deliver a significant improvement in battery life, not to mention all the buttery smoothness in the user interface thanks to Project Butter. It should not be long now before your Xperia T receives the Jelly Bean update if it hasn’t done so already, so a little bit more patience is in order if you fall under that category.
