Well, you can bet your bottom dollar that Huawei’s Ascend W1 is going to be one of those smartphones, as according to Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group, that you can see above, he has confirmed over on Weibo that Huawei will indeed makes CES 2013 as the unveiling platform for the Huawei Ascend W1 early next month.
The Huawei Ascend W1 does not pack anything underneath the hood worth shouting about, where it will run on a dual-core 1.2GHz processor that will be accompanied by 4GB of storage space, 512MB RAM and pack a 5-megapixel shooter. Definitely entry level no matter how you look at it.
