Autumn is here, and it would signal the presence of the LG Optimus L9, at least according to the folks over at T-Mobile who has just announced that said smartphone will be arriving later this fall. Part of the more popular L-series, the LG Optimus L9 is pretty svelte for a mid-range device, measuring all of just 0.36” thin while carrying a 4.5” qHD display that has Gorilla Glass 2 for that added touch of durability alongside the ability to display bright colors and clear text, while packing the LG QuickMemo that is a “powerful note-taking tool that lets users add commentary, notes, and drawings to screenshots with a few swipes of a finger.”
It will run on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and will most likely see a Jelly Bean upgrade in due time, powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, carry a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash which supports Full HD video recording capability, Wi-Fi calling and a long-lasting 2,150 mAh battery which should work decently for such a device.
