Samsung I9260 Galaxy Premier spotted in GL Benchmark

If you were looking at the Samsung Galaxy S3 wistfully, wishing that you actually had the kind of money to purchase the flagship smartphone from Samsung (although some might say that the Galaxy Note 2 should be the new flagship), here is a compromise that you might want to consider after taking a look at benchmark readings of the Samsung I9260 Galaxy Premier. It does seem as though Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean will be thrown into the mix, sporting 720p resolution as well as a 1.5GHz processor which will most probably be a dual-core processor.

For its graphical processing needs, the Samsung I9260 Galaxy Premier will have a PowerVR SGX 544 at its core, which is rather similar to the SGX543 that can be found as part of Apple’s latest chipsets. 1GB RAM is another possibility, leaving the Galaxy Premier behind the Galaxy S3’s wake, although it does seem to be a more viable option compared to the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. Now for the long and agonizing wait for an official announcement…
