LG shows off new displays in elevator stunt

If you happen to suffer from a case of vertigo, then it would be best to avoid what you see in the video above at all costs. No one likes to experience a free-fall experience, and after watching the first Resident Evil movie more than 10 years ago, where the Red Queen actually controlled the elevator to kill all the occupants inside, being stuck in one of these modern machines is not such a good idea after all. The thing is, LG has decided to show off the realism of their new IPS displays by placing them on the floor in a three-by-three grid, resulting in an optical illusion where you see the entire elevator shaft right beneath your feet. Of course, it is good that you do not feel any of the draft, which should give the game away that this is downright fake from the get go. Do you wish your handset came with an IPS display?
