Sony Xperia ST26i Leaked Images Surface

Right after Sony took the wrappers off the company’s new Xperia GX and Xperia SX smartphones, it seems that some more images have leaked with regards to another member of the line-up; the Sony ST26i. With the leaked images however, there is not much information except for the three hardware buttons that can be seen as well as the black and white colors which are actually quite beautiful to behold. With regards to the hardware buttons that are visible, it seems that Sony decided to go a different way with this handset than what they did with the GX and SX which contain virtual buttons.

Judging from the hardware buttons in the image above, they correspond to the 3 software buttons on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich so we can extrapolate that this smartphone might in fact come with the OS. After the severance between Sony and its long-term partner Ericsson, the green globe that signified it has now been removed. For now, since we do not have any specifications with regards to the smartphone, there is no information with regards to pricing or when it will hit the market in the States.
