The alleged acquisition will provide the facility for a cloud-based entertainment experience of music, video and radio services for users of Samsung devices in general. This in turn, extends mSpot’s cloud and streaming solutions to what is a broader base of global entertainment fans.

The collaboration between mSpot and Samsung will strengthen mSpot’s reportedly top class cloud and streaming services while adding another weapon to Samsung’s entertainment solutions for its its mobile devices. According to Samsung, mSpot is to become a key integrated offering on newly announced mobile devices by the manufacturer. In addition to that, the acquisition will include the full scope of technology, assets and human resources under mSpot. Beyond that however, any details with regards to the recent transaction are yet to be revealed.
