Mobile Printer for Mobile Devices
Star Micronics has come up with another option to provide mobile users with a portable method of printing services. The funky-colored portable printer with the model number SM-T300 can be used outdoors for mobile purposes with most smartphones or tablets. While you might be having thoughts that it could allow you to print photos on the go, we unfortunately have to bring you back to earth by telling you what it is actually for. The company’s statement reads, “Basically, this product is for printing receipts and delivery slips. The battery lasts up to 11 hours, so you can use this printer for a long time.
It communicates with the host device through Wi-Fi of Bluetooth. We offer a special-purpose communication support library for sending date.” The SM-T300 will ship with a rubber-type case that can withstand the shock of being dropped from a height of 1.5 meters. On top of that, the company claims that it is waterproof and dustproof to the degree of it meeting the international stands of IP54. In addition to the mobile printing of receipts and delivery slips, the printer will also come with a magnetic card reader built-in so users will be able to process transactions on the go as well. For now, we don’t know when it will be hitting American markets or how much it will cost, but this nifty little device seems pretty useful especially for small businesses looking to improve on their delivery methods.

LG Works On Nuclun 2 Chipset
LG has been rather quiet about developing its very own mobile chipset design for some time already, where the first Nuclun SoC will soon be followed up by – surprise, surprise, the Nuclun 2. This is not the first time that the Nuclun 2 name was brought up, and up till now, there has been no devices that were released with Nuclun 2 at its heart, although that might change with the upcoming V10 successor if rumors prove to be correct.
In other words, the LG V10’s successor will most probably be released some time in the second half of the coming year, which means it will be some time before it ends up as a shipping product. It also remains to be seen whether the Nuclun 3 will hit the streets in the near future, but as with most other cases, patience is definitely called for.

Samsung Galaxy A9 Gains FCC Nod Of Approval
So, there is a new Samsung smartphone that is about to be released – big surprise, that, and I say this with full a sarcasm. Still, those who want something that looks to hang out on the high end side of things in terms of design and form factor, and yet having a mid-range performer within, can always settle for the Samsung Galaxy A9.
The handset has already appeared on the FCC database, which means it has been approved, and listed as the Samsung Galaxy A9. With the green light given, it is but a matter of time before it hits the market. While very little detail has been released so far, it should not be too long now before an official announcement is made. All that one can do now is to sit tight and wait. [FCC Page]

Alleged HTC One X9 Gets A Photo Session
What is the world’s best kept secret? I suppose that would be a subjective question, with a myriad of answers for your picking if you were to take into consideration the different industries and niches, but where smartphones are concerned, especially with the HTC banner involved, then it would be the HTC One X9 being the next handset from the company. A set of photos of the alleged device has surfaced, and in these photos, it has more or less confirmed the overall design of the device – including its SIM card slot, power and volume button locations.
Other rumored hardware specifications include a 5.5” Full HD display, a MediaTek MT6795 SoC, either 2GB or 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a 3,000mAh battery, a 13MP shooter at the back with OIS, and an UltraPixel front camera. All that we have to do now is to sit tight and wait for an official announcement concerning the hardware, and it is good to go.
