Samsung Galaxy Tab ‘Value Pack’ Available in South Korea
An announcement from Samsung destroyed many owners of the original Galaxy Tab, Galaxy S and a few other Samsung devices when it said that the devices will not be seeing an official version of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. But now however, an update with a Samsung ‘value pack’ seems to bring not the latest OS but features that are similar to it to the devices. Unfortunately the update is available in South Korea so if you want to try it out for your device, you will need a translator to go through the information needed on the samsungtomorrow.com website. And if you haven’t already flashed a custom ROM, you might want to check this out. The features that the value pack brings are facial recognition, image capture while recording a video, a multi-task button and a few other ICS only features. If you would like more information with regards to the Value Pack do start up your Kies 2.0 app and give it a whirl.
