Samsung Galaxy S3 Coming To NTT Docomo as SGH-N074
A Japanese website has noticed that a new Samsung phone crept through the Japanese Ministry of Telecommunications (States equivalent of the FCC) which has led it to believe that this could be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3 since it is the only prominent phone that is said to be out in the near future. The device which is to be announced in an ‘Unpacked’ event on May 3rd in London has already been confirmed for sale by two other UK based carriers O2 and Vodafone, but Japan is a long way from home so this rumor should be taken with a pinch of salt.
This device dubbed SGH-N074 is said to be heading to Japanese carrier NTT Docomo and is allegedly LTE and W-CDMA compatible. Beyond that there are no further details. If the carrier does officially announce that it will be carrying the device, it will be the 3rd carrier globally to do so. Until devices like the new iPhone comes out, the only real threat to the pending brilliance of the Samsung Galaxy S3 would be the HTC One X in all its glory but recent benchmark results of the alleged Samsung flagship phone indicate that it smashes all current devices right out the window.
