Samsung Epic 4G Gets Update to Address Force Close Issues

Owners of Sprint’s Samsung Epic 4G Touch who have been experiencing issues which are reportedly very prominent when using the device can check your device for new software updates which is said to have already been rolled out for your smartphones. The first important bug that was fixed is the force close that happens when users receive a call which one can see as being very annoying while the other one a battery performance.

The software update, FC09 has been released is believed to fix both those problems. To solve the battery life issues, the network connection has been optimized among other tweaks and fixes but that contributed the most in solving the issue. Although many users won’t be seeing the update right away, do keep constantly checking as Sprint has said that the update will eventually be pushed to everyone over a span of 6 months.
