Motorola RAZR Rumored to go HD

Rumors that have been floating around the internet point to Motorola’s plans of launching an even more attractive version of the already successful Motorola RAZR. The alleged new Motorola RAZR HD will come with a high-definition screen and other tweaks. The name was mentioned in leaked EXIF files along with the fact that it will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. If the rumors are true, this would mean that the RAZR HD will be the first device from Motorola that is running ICS straight out of the box.

For now, rumors regarding the device’s specifications are near none but what has come through is that the device is rumored to pack a 13.1MP camera with an aperture of f2.4 which is the same as the iPhone 4S. This device would be the 3^rd variant of the Motorola RAZR after the original one which launched about the same time as the Samsung Galaxy Nexus followed by the RAZR Maxx which boasted a superior battery life that is important for the thirsty 4G LTE connection.
