LG to release – Thinking Smartphone –
Korean smartphone manufacturer LG, is apparently tired of Apple taking all the credit for new innovations and have taken it upon themselves to come up with something new that can identify with what consumers nowadays seek. Apple have got Siri, HTC has got Sense, Samsung have their Galaxy line of phones and tabs, Now LG wants to bring what it thinks is the “next great mobile innovation”, the thinking smartphone.
The Korean manufacturer is looking to move away from just adding specs and hardware to their devices. They also want to make a phone that will make your life easier and it is said that the “thinking smartphone” will aid you intelligently in the process. Mobile Managing Director of LG, Kwon Bong-Suk provided an example of a smartphone that gets to know you and if you set your alarm clock based on traffic, it will let you sleep in a while longer if traffic is good, if it gets worse while you’re sleeping it will hasten to wake up earlier.
Do not pigeon hole the ideas about this just for alarm clock alerts and allow your mind to wander with this idea, you will be able to see that potential is pretty vast. With technology like this, LG is sure that consumers will be thinking that it would be expensive but they reiterate that they want to make it as affordable as possible until the extent where the product’s quality is not sacrificed. For now, it looks like we’ll just have to wait and see, but this new alleged innovation of LG’s certainly would add a little something to their tagline, “Life’s Good”.

LG Works On Nuclun 2 Chipset
LG has been rather quiet about developing its very own mobile chipset design for some time already, where the first Nuclun SoC will soon be followed up by – surprise, surprise, the Nuclun 2. This is not the first time that the Nuclun 2 name was brought up, and up till now, there has been no devices that were released with Nuclun 2 at its heart, although that might change with the upcoming V10 successor if rumors prove to be correct.
In other words, the LG V10’s successor will most probably be released some time in the second half of the coming year, which means it will be some time before it ends up as a shipping product. It also remains to be seen whether the Nuclun 3 will hit the streets in the near future, but as with most other cases, patience is definitely called for.

LG V10 Comes In Gold
Well, well, what do we have here? Apparently, the recently announced LG V10 smartphone that is obviously one of the high end handsets from the South Korean manufacturer has arrived in a new shade of gold as well – which will definitely give it a far more premium look that what it would normally come in.
This is made possible thanks to the Vietnam-based company that is known as Karalux, where this particular handset has made its way to their portfolio while sporting a gold plating on the outside. According to Karalux, the entire process will take anywhere from three all the way to four non-stop working hours to complete. As the entire shell of the LG V10 happens to be made out of stainless steel, the gold-plating process is hence rather easy and quick – which is a good thing for those impatient magnates out there. The asking price for this process will be approximately $180 thereabouts – any takers?
