Facebook Updates iOS app with Retina Display iPad Support and More Languages

Just recently, Facebook made several changed to its desktop site some of which included high-res changes. The company is now doing the same to the Facebook iPad application which has been tweaked to support the new iPad’s brilliant Retina Display. Aside from a crisper and higher resolution interface on the new iPad, the app which is global has also added support for Czech, Danish, Indonesian, Malaysian, Norwegian, Portugese and Thai languages.

The latest version of the app, v 4.1.1 reportedly allows users to hop offline from chat and has come with bug fixes from previous versions that showed several pages loading incorrectly. Facebook’s new and latest updated app is live in the App Store, so head on over with your iOS device to get the social networking application updated.
