For those shopping about for an affordable Android tablet with a decent display, Viota has unveiled the M970 tablet at CeBit, a tablet that sports a 9.7” IPS display with some pretty decent specs to match, and all of which can be had for a super affordable price of $120. So what can we expect for your money? Well under the hood of the M970, the device will be running on a 1.5GHz single-core Boxchip A10 ARM Cortex-A8 processor with a display resolution of 1024×768, 512MB-1GB of DDR3 RAM, 4GB of internal storage and will have its graphics powered by the Mali400 GPU.

The tablet will also come with a microSD card slot for those who feel that the 4GB of internal storage might not be enough, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, a 6,000mAh battery and will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It also comes with an integrated TV tuner which is targeted at the Japanese market. No word on when it will be available internationally or stateside, but for $120 it does seem like a tablet worth keeping an eye out for.
