Toshiba Excite 10 LE headed for US 6th March

The Toshiba Excite 10 LE made its debut at CES earlier this year, but the good news for would-be buyers in the US is that the device will be making its way stateside come 6th of March. It is expected to be accompanied by a price tag of $529.99 for the 16GB model, and $599.99 for the 32GB model, with Toshiba marketing this tablet as “luxury tablet” aimed at users who prioritize aesthetics over hardware, although to be fair the device does have some pretty decent specs.

It will sport a 10.1” Gorilla Glass display with a 1280×800 resolution, a TI OMAP 4430 processor under the hood clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, 16/32GB internal storage options that is expandable via microSD, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, and will come with Android 3.2 Honeycomb on board that will be seeing an update to Android 4.0 in the not-so-distant future.
