Artists who might be more used to using a pen/pencil/paintbrush-like object are probably not used to drawing on tablets with only their finger. It’s not an impossible task, but we’re guess it’s not a familiar style (unless you’re a finger painter). The good news is that Ten One Design has heard the cries of artists out there and have since announced their upcoming product – the Blue Tiger Stylus.

It has been designed for the iPad in mind and will utilize Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity which will result in low energy consumption and will help preserve your tablet’s battery life. It will also sport pressure sensitive capabilities and palm rejection capabilities as well. Supporting apps for the Blue Tiger Stylus aren’t that many yet, but Ten One Design has also released the SDK for the stylus, allowing developers to create apps that will support the stylus in the future. For more information, pop on over to Ten One Design’s website or check out the video above for a brief demonstration.
