Windows Phone Tango is supposed to be the update that will lower the requirements for manufacturers, allowing them to create more affordable Windows Phone devices at the cost of lower RAM and possibly omitting the camera. Well it seems that in an interview with Stefania Duico, head of the Windows Phone division in Italy, he revealed that the “Tango” update will now be known as “Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh”. Granted not the most exciting name or memorable, but there you have it! Be sure to keep an eye out for it in future low-end and budget Windows Phone devices.
