So only recently we reported that Sony was “open” to the idea of Windows Phone, but had no concrete plans at the moment. How open are we talking about? Well, if the prototype listed on eBay is to be believed, it seems that Sony was open enough to the idea that they went out and created a prototype Windows Phone device. According to its specs, it seems that this device is a 3G capable device with WiFi, with a slideout QWERTY keyboard, an 8.1MP camera and GPS. Unfortunately it appears that the eBay listing has since been pulled, perhaps the device was fake or maybe because Sony got to the seller and requested that he/she not sell their prototype device, but what do you guys think? Did that sound like a Sony Windows Phone you might have been interested in?
