Remember just now we reported that the Samsung Galaxy S2 would be getting the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on the 10th of March? Unfortunately it turns out that wasn’t true. According to Samsung Korea, the information was released in error by their Filipino arm, and that unfortunately Galaxy S2 owners will not be seeing Android 4.0 tomorrow. A quick move on Samsung’s part given how there will be a horde of angry Galaxy S2 owners tomorrow waiting for an update that isn’t coming. In any case, Samsung has announced that they are still working on the update and that they will let us know when we will be able to expect it via their Twitter account, which hopefully won’t be made in error a second time round.
