Heads up iOS and Android users. If you feel that the maps application on your phone is lacking, you’ll be pleased to hear that Nokia has updated their web version of Nokia Maps for iOS and Android users. The map service was made available for both iOS and Android devices last summer, but one of the features it lacked was voice-guided and turn by turn walk navigation. Users will need to point their mobile phone browsers to http://m.maps.nokia.com to access the web version of Nokia Maps. Nokia has also pointed out that if you were to use the voice navigation, the map will require users to download the audio file which should be around 2MB in size. This is important if you rely on voice navigation a lot as it could consume your data plan faster than intended! Head on over to the source link below for more information on the web version of Nokia Maps.
