Apple’s next-gen iPad, the iPad 3 (or iPad HD according to some) will be unveiled tomorrow, and it seems that in preparation of the launch, casings for the device have started shipping in sealed boxes with a sticker claiming that they should not be displayed until the iPad 3’s official launch. This piece of information is courtesy of a tip sent in to the good folks at Phone Arena. It also seems that over 1,000 Targus Versavu 360 stands for the iPad are also shipping to Best Buy in anticipation of the launch, indicating that the availability of the tablet will follow shortly after its announcement in typical Apple fashion. Of course this information cannot be confirmed for now, but with the iPad 3 launching tomorrow, we guess we will not have to wait much longer to see if the rumor pans out! It also seems that unlike the iPhone 4S last year, rumors and speculations surrounding the iPad 3’s design have remained fairly quiet, perhaps case manufacturers have learnt a lesson and have refrained from getting ahead of themselves. So, who else is excited? I know I am!
