Those who were were using computers and instant messengers back in the day might recall a certain program called ICQ. Well we had reported a while back that the software’s new owners, Mail.ru Group, would be developing an app version of the messaging client for Windows Phone devices. Well the good news for those who have been looking forward to ICQ is that the app is finally here, and on top of ICQ messaging, the app will also act as an interface for other messaging platforms such as Facebook Chat, GChat and AIM.
