If you were jealous of your friends with HTC phones, like the Sensation XE or Rezound, that came with Beats Audio integration, well you’ll no longer have to be thanks to the efforts of the Android developers’ community. Two modders over at the XDA forums have managed to port Beats Audio over to all Gingerbread ROMs, which basically means that if you have a rooted Gingerbread device, you will be able to install Beats Audio onto it. Now it has been suggested that high-end headphones are required if you want to experience the difference in audio quality, but since we haven’t tried it ourselves, we can’t really attest to that.
