While I’m personally not a fan of ghosts or horror movies (they give me the creeps), I wouldn’t mind checking out this augmented reality game by Haunted Planet Studios. Basically what the game entails is that it would allow users to capture “paranormal activity” by running their applications on their mobile phones. This is a clever combination of GPS and augmented reality, but unfortunately if you’d like to take this app for a spin, you’d have to be in the location itself, which at the moment is only available in Scotland for their Falkland Ghost Hunt app, or Dublin, Ireland where users can use the Viking Ghost Hunt. For all we know these places could very well be haunted on their own, so who’s to say what’s augmented, and what’s reality?
