Heads up Archos G9 tablet owners, are you looking forward to seeing the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update arrive for your devices? If you are, you’re in luck as according to Archos’ Facebook page, the Android 4.0 update will begin rolling out to the G9 tablets in the next two weeks, although given their delays in the past, we are really hoping this will be it. For those who may have forgotten, back in January Archos promised the Android 4.0 update would be coming in the near future. The update was then demoed at CES and was said to see a release in the first week of February. Given it’s already the first week of March, safe to say that deadline was missed. In any case we will be keeping our eyes peeled for the update, so Archos G9 tablet owners, check back with us again the near future as we will keep you updated on the situation!
