However unfortunately the only drawback to the Brightside is that it will not be running on Android, but if you feel that’s not really an issue, you will be able to pick it up from Verizon on the 1st of March for $99.99 on a new two-year contract. As far as its specs are concerned, the Samsung Brightside sports a 3.1” touchscreen display, a QWERTY slideout keyboard, a 3.2MP rear-facing camera and will be compatible with Verizon’s 3G network. The handset will come with a feature that allows one touch access to contacts, messaging and apps.
