Sony releases “Bridge for Mac” software for Xperia owners with Mac computers

Not all iOS owners have Macs, and to be honest it’s not uncommon to see Android users with Mac computers either. Unfortunately for Sony Android handset owners, syncing their devices via their Mac computers has been a feature that Sony has long overlooked, at least until recently where the company has released Bridge for Mac, a software that allows Sony Android handset users to sync their devices on their Mac computers.

Basically what the software does is that it allows Mac users to sync music, movies, podcasts, playlists and photos from both iTunes and iPhoto respectively. Mac users who prefer the drag and drop option are still able to do that as well, and according to Sony, a future version of the software is expected to be released where updating Sony’s series of Xperia smartphones via the Mac software will be an easy process.
