Samsung super bowl ad for “revolutionary” product reveal

According to television ratings, the Super Bowl is the single biggest TV event of the year at least as far as the US market is concerned, and what better time to show off your brand or products but during the Super Bowl, right? Well Samsung obviously seems to think so, and according to the company’s Twitter page, the Super Bowl ad will be used to “launch a device so revolutionary only an ad in America’s biggest game can do it justice.”

However based on the hash-tag in the tweet, it seems that the Galaxy Note is the device that Samsung will most likely be revealing. We’re not sure if such a device can be considered “revolutionary”, but we guess that is probably just advertising hype. Either way with Samsung spending millions for the advertising spot, let’s hope that the Galaxy Note will launch with the success that Samsung had originally intended for it to have.

For those who forgot, the Samsung Galaxy Note is scheduled for a launch on AT&T’s network come February 19th for $299.99. So if you weren’t convinced back then, perhaps Samsung’s upcoming ad will change your mind.
