HTC announces more Android 4.0 updates

One of the main problems that Android users faced when upgrading from Froyo 2.2 to Gingerbread 2.3 was that updates were slow. This caused quite a bit of fragmentation within the Android community, but Google has announced that they were hoping to put an end to this with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Well, wasting no time in announcing updates to their devices would be HTC, who revealed on their Facebook page that Verizon customers who owned the HTC Rhyme, HTC Thunderbolt, HTC DROID Incredible 2 and the HTC Rezound will be receiving the Android 4.0 update, although no specific dates were mentioned. For our friends in Canada on Rogers and Bell, you will be pleased to hear that HTC did not forget about you guys and has announced that the HTC Raider is set to receive the Android 4.0 update in the future as well!
