Gesture patent filed by Google to improve online search

Patents are really important these days with all the patent wars going on between the top companies. Many new things are coming to Android with the release of Chrome for Android and these gestures shown in the patent filing maybe one of the features which might come along with it. These diagrams present in the file basically show that you can circle multiple things which you want to know more about and as soon as you lift your finger after circling these words will be searched or entered into the search bar. Just like any other patent, there’s no guarantee that we’ll be seeing this sleek gesture being used in a future Google product, but it’s something we’ll definitely keep and eye out for.
