Heads up for our readers in Japan – if you’re a fan of Android and Disney, you’re in luck as two new Disney Android smartphones have been announced by the DoCoMo network and are scheduled to see a launch come Q1 of 2012. These models are the DoCoMo F-08D and the DoCoMo P-05D.
Starting with the F-08D, users can expect to find a 1.2GHz dual-core OMAP4430 processor under its hood. It will sport a 4.3” display with a resolution of 720×1280 and will be available in both white and pink and should be available some time in February.
The P-05D on the other hand will be a less powerful device with a processor that has been clocked at 1GHz, but still remains a dual-core processor nonetheless, and a qHD display with a 540×690 resolution. Both devices will feature a Disney-inspired UI that we’re assuming has been built on top of Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The P-05D is expected to see a launch in February and both phones at the moment appears to be exclusive to Japan.
