Apple rushing to finalize apps for iPad 3 demo [Rumor]

The iPad 3 has been rumored to see a launch in the first week of March, and based on a fresh set of rumors, it looks like Apple and their developers are currently in “crunch mode” at lining up apps that will be used to demonstrate the presumably new hardware of the iPad 3.

The rumors are also suggesting that Apple is looking at apps with an emphasis on graphics, which we’re guessing will most likely be used to show off the tablets rumored Retina display. For those unfamiliar, the iPad 3 has long been the source of rumors that claim it will be seeing an upgraded display. The rumors are claiming that Sharp will be providing the new displays that will basically see the iPad 3’s resolution double that of the iPad 2.

Of course all of this is best taken with a grain of salt for now, but so far it looks like that first week of March launch is holding pretty steady, so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled and fingers crossed until then.
